Breast milk, artificial milk or formulas, which have an important place in the nutrition of babies, contain sugar as natural ingredients. If the baby takes breast milk or formula with a bottle before going to sleep at night, the nutrients accumulate in the mouth and remain there for a long time. The sugar in it creates a suitable environment for tooth decay. should be done. The best precaution that can be taken for this is to make babies drink water before sleep. - Attention should be paid to the junk food that children will eat between meals. Foods containing sugar and starch feed the bacteria that cause tooth decay. Therefore, attention should be paid to snacks.
